| Glazing Unit: |
We have 25000 Sq.ft factory for glazing panels, where we have Two Part Silicone Pump, glass cleaning system, polishing system etc. along with good laboratory for testing the glazed panels. ALFA has been using only Dow Corning Silicone materials and has recently imported Graco two Part Silicone Pump for glazing.
Suspended Power Platform ZLP, are being used for installation of glazing, facade which is the latest and upgraded substitute of conventional scaffolding which can work upto the height of 130 m from the ground level. |
| Engineering & Design Centre: |
We offer full fledged design with various options. We have a team of dedicated AutoCAD Designers, Engineers and Architect. We have our own Research & Development Centre and provide better technical support to projects, because the efficiency and speed of our manufacturing and project execution team are interlinked with the design we have been able to complete and win several contracts. It is our intention to produce section drawings for approval using CAD, AutoCAD 12 facilitates, and then generates workshop drawings for production.

| Anodizing Plant: |
We have the latest equipped semi-automatic anodized plant in which we can anodise 22 feet long aluminum profiles. We anodise in natural and electro colour. We have laboratory equipped with finest quality control system, which we use to check our quality parameters to give a better product. |
